Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy describes how Conba, which operates under GRC Australia Pty Ltd (the “Site”, “we”, “our” and /or “us”) offers shipping on our products when you make a purchase.

Our Free Delivery applies to all products less than 20kg such as above counter basins, sample packs and soap dishes. All baths and pedatul basin are excluded from free shipping a a quote will need to be obtained.

While we make every effort to ensure the safe arrival of our products, occasional damages may occur during transport. If you notice any external damage such as severely damaged corners of the box or signs of mishandling during delivery, we kindly request that you do not sign for the goods. Rejecting the delivery will alert the driver, enabling us to initiate a claim smoothly.

To ensure prompt resolution, it is essential to inspect all goods for damages within 24 hours of receiving them. As soon as damages are noticed, please contact our team, and we will liaise with our courier service to address the issue. Please note that any claims for damaged goods submitted after the 24-hour notice period will not be accepted.

Conba requires an address that provides reasonable access for transport during the drop-off process. Unfortunately, goods cannot be delivered on unpaved roads.
