Refund policy

This Refund Policy describes how Conba, which operates under GRC Australia Pty Ltd (the “Site”, “we”, “our” and /or “us”) refund policy applies to our products when you make a purchase.

We do not accept returns in cases of a change of heart, if the product has been installed, or if the color/quality of the basin is not to your liking.

To ensure your satisfaction with the concrete colors, it is crucial to view color samples before making a purchase. Our concrete is a natural material and may exhibit pinholes, color variations, flow lines and slight deviations from the sample colors as shown in the characteristics guide. Colors depicted in photographs of our products may differ from the actual delivered color. We do not allow returns based on these circumstances.

Any issues or complications with the product must be addressed prior to installation as once our product has been installed, the option to return or obtain a refund becomes void. 

If you have received an incorrect product or belive you have a vaild claim in accordance with our warrenty conditions and need to initiate a return, please contact us and kindly attach a copy of your invoice and a photograph of the package. We will required you to pacakageg and return ship the defectve product which we will then arrange for a replacement item follwing inspection once recieved.

If a refund is approved, we will request your bank information and a copy of the invoice to process the reimbursement. It is important to note that if a product is damaged due to us, then we reserves the right to replace the damaged item with an equivalent part before considering a refund.
